New Stake President was announced in the Port of Spain Trinidad Stake on Sunday 1st May 2022 at the Port of Spain chapel. The change of Presidency occurred during one of the Stake conferences held biannually. The newly called President is Christopher T. Danzell, President Royce P. Britton First Counselor, President Ryan A. Ramdhanie Second Counselor.
The membership was in attendance and also viewed from 4 other locations throughout Trinidad and Tobago via zoom. The new Presidency was supported by the entire membership by the raising of their right hands in an act of sustaining and supporting the newly called presidency Elder Eduardo Gavarret (Area President) and Elder Claude Gamiette (Area seventy) presided over the conference.
The newly called President Christopher T. Danzell, shared that during challenges we should find ways to 'Find Joy in the Work.' President Royce P. Britton First Counselor, reminded the congregation 'to overcome fear we must have faith in the Lord.'' President Ryan A. Ramdhanie Second Counselor, concluded his remarks by reminding the members to build their lives on the “Rock of our Redeemer” who is Christ.
